Skinny Girl - Day 6 (Last Day)

Ugggggg, I haven't been able to follow skinny girl. I'm up another pound so I'm just giving up. I'm fasting all tomorrow then finding a new diet that suits me... maybe an all fruits and veggie diet. I also need to get more laxatives, they're the only thing keeping most of my weight off.

Skinny Girl - Day 4

Total binge yesterday :$ Well, not to people who don't diet. I had, like, half a box of crackers that were 9 calories EACH and took double the daily limit of laxatives afterwards!!! But I've managed to lose more weight! so far so good !!! :D

Skinny Girl - Day 2

Okay, so yesterday I started the skinny girl diet (previous post). I was so happy I never went over my calories and ate healthy - except for some cheese covered potatos :$
Today's morning weight was 126lbs, which means I've lost four pounds since yesterday! It's a good thing because I keep forgetting to take my dieting pills & the laxitives aren't working... I know the scale says I'm losing weight and I should be happy, but it's not showing.. I still look like this:
It's SOOO gross! I mean, I can't wait to be thin and perfect, to have my hip bones hold up my size 0 pants:

I've just got to keep my mind on the goal and stay focused by asking myself:                                       
& hope that someday it'll all be worth it.

Dead Celebrity Status - Someone I used to know

Ana leaves me exhausted. The only thing I consider as 'safe' is green tea with 0 calorie sweetener. I only eat when I can't aviod it - but only if there's someone to witness it. If I eat alone I over eat and then everybody questions if I've atcually ate. Purging in the shower works well to hide.
Been taking RapidCutsFemme for the past week , results have been really good so far .. almost back down to 120 lbs ! Picked up some laxatives today because I've got to eat suppers .
This will be the end of me , I know it.

"To get a flat stomach you must eat 5-6 small meals a day, no less. Not eating will give you a bigger stomach than you started with."
like what the heck? I'm pretty sure not eating will give you a flatter stomach!

Get model thin - tips from former model

1. Water, Water, Water! I can not emphasize this enough. Water is a crucial component in how to get thin. It curves your appetite, helps flush out toxins in your body, and if you do make a unwise decision at a restaurant it can prevent you from getting bloated and swollen.
2. Work out first thing in the morning. By doing this you get it out of the way right away so you are less likely to make or have for that matter excuses as to why you can't work out. It's hard to argue that you are to tired from a long days work to go for a run when you haven't even had a chance for your day to be long yet. You are also more likely to make healthier decisions throughout the day when you've started out on the right track. Oh and this too curves your appetite.
3. Start a food journal and write down everything that you eat and when you eat it. This way you know how many calories you are taking in and you can see when your more susceptible to eating junk food. You may find that you crave pizza during football, or ice cream during your 7 o'clock drama. Best of all you will feel accountable for the food choices you are making. When you know that you have to write everything down that you eat, you will find yourself avoiding that second helping. Trust me, This is one of the greatest tools for how to get thin.
4. Create a vision board. Cut out some pictures of your ideal body , you can even put your head on them. Cut out some pictures of the clothes that you will wear  when you finally get that body. Add anything that will inspire you to get and stay on track.

Tips to get skinny

1. Determine your body type and choose a realistic role model. You can use the body type calculator to help you.
2. Determine and keep track of your body fat percentage. Ensure that you maintain a healthy level of body fat. Too little body fat can be just a dangerous as too much body fat, especially for women and even more so for young women. Ideally you should get your body fat percentage measured professionally. To get a ROUGH idea you can use the body fat calculator- but still get measured!
3. Determine your ideal weight based on your body type.
4. Create a calorie deficit by lowering your caloric intake by 15 – 20% below what you normally need to maintain your weight. You can use the calorie calculator to find out your calorie needs. Steer clear of crash dieting and extremely low calorie intakes to avoid triggering your starvation protection mechanism.
5. Zig-zag calorie intake (calorie rotation), i.e. change your calorie intake every few days. For example, you can have 3 low calorie days followed by 1 higher calorie day. This will keep your body guessing, avoid weight loss plateaus and reduces the likelihood of cheating.
6. Eat 5 – 6 small mealsthroughout the day to keep your metabolism high and to avoid cheating.
7. Cardiovascular exercise is an absolute requirement. If you want to get skinny and toned, and avoid looking skinny fat, you have to exercise. Exercise will increase the calorie deficit you have created through diet to increase weight loss and also creates a better body. Dieting gets rid of fat, but it does not create a stunning body – exercise does. Exercise will improve muscle tone and increase your metabolism. The boost in metabolism is important, because dieting DECREASES metabolism. Exercise will help counteract that decrease, as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness and general health.
8. To get skinny and look great you need to do resistance training. Dieting usually causes loss of muscle mass, which decreases metabolism, as muscle is metabolically active. Therefore, resistance training will help stave off the loss of muscle that usually occurs and increase metabolism. Furthermore, if you lose muscle you’re more likely to look skinny fat and suffer with cellulite. It is muscle that gives the body a healthy, shapely and tight contour. For example, anyone with nice legs also has to have great leg muscles, which gives those legs shape; otherwise they look unhealthy, shapeless and wobbly.
9. Learn how to run. Running is an excellent to get skinny, fit and fabulous. It is a guaranteed way to get skinny fast. Try a beginners running program.
10. Check out Visual Impact. This program is geared at weight loss, getting slim and toned, while avoiding looking overtrained and muscular. There is Visual Impact for Women the goal of which is to create a slim feminine physique and Visual Impact for Men, which aims for a slim, muscular, “GQ” look à la Brad Pitt, High Jackman and Taylor Lautner.
11. Add HIIT (high-intensity interval training) to your exercise routine. This is a sure-fire way to blast fat and get skinny. It is a weight loss magic bullet. HIIT involves short bouts of intense exercise separated by short periods of recovery. In all HIIT only lasts about 20 minutes. However, studies suggest it is more effective than a steady-state 40-minute workout. Your metabolism stays elevated for up to 24 hours afterwards. Research also shows that HIIT may burn up to 9x more fat than regular exercise. HIIT works best when you mix it up with traditional cardio. For example, if you exercise 5 days a week, do 2 sessions of HIIT on non-consecutive days

eating nothing is eating too much

I can't even eat 0 calorie foods without guilt. Everything I eat makes me feel guilty. It's impossible to avoid eating though. Green Tea is the only thing I have now that makes me feel okay. Is that weird?
I stare at others now. To see how skinny they are. To see how fat I am in compareson. Is that weird?
